Refunds are granted on a "case by case" basis and are at the sole discretion of xenStyles.com. Refunds will only be granted if the problem could not have been foreseen. Futhermore, refunds will only be granted if we have been given a chance to fix the issue and cannot. Exchanges will NOT be granted. Make sure BEFORE you finish your payment that you have ordered the correct item. You must ensure before purchasing that you are happy with the style by testing it on our demo board, and have tested it to your satisfaction in all areas you wish for it to work in.
A license gives you the right to run a single instance of the style, button set, or other product (meaning one style instance on one domain on one server on one forum only).

You MUST leave the "skins by xenStyles" link on the style unless you have purchased a branding free option, you are then allowed to remove that link. Removing that link without purchasing the branding free option will breach this clause. If you purchase more than one (1) style and wish to remove our branding, you must purchase the "Global Branding Free" option - even if the styles reside on the same domain/server. You are permitted to upgrade to this option from the standard Branding Free option. You will only be charged the difference in price between the two.
You are permitted to alter the code and images of the style you have purchased.
Under no circumstances is the code of the style or graphics you have purchased (original or modified) permitted to be distributed to other parties. No product/products can be re-sold, redistributed, or used in any way other than for your own domain/forum. Your license to use the product/products is non-transferable.
Exceptions will only be made with written permission from xenStyles.com.Upon breach of any of these clauses xenStyles.com will immediately revoke your license. Furthermore, no refund will be made on license fees.
